Radical self-care, gentle self-kindness, & Practical steps in your career journey
Experience Points
I support exhausted professionals in career transitions, job hunting, and career pathing. My trauma-informed approach considers the whole person emotionally, mentally, and professionally. My goal is to empower anyone in a toxic workspace, especially teachers, to embrace this one truth:
You deserve a life you want to live, filled with work that you enjoy in a workplace where you thrive.
When your default has been survival mode, you need more than advice.
I spent six years in a discipline alternative education (DAEP) program. Working in the literal school-to-prison pipeline taught me about trauma, neurodivergence, privilege, and holistic support. When it was time to transition to a corporate role, I didn’t know where to start. I was burnt out and overwhelmed.
When I did finally transition to a remote role, I thought I’d stop feeling burnt out. But it’s not that simple. I had to unlearn some personal narratives about corporate, my work, and what it means to have a career.
And I started to make career moves to heal while building the life I’ve always wanted.
I want that for you too.
